Description

Honey Badger Rescue Serrated with Glass Breaker is a new large folding rescue knife that builds directly on the established Honey Badger Rescue Serrated design. It retains the same core rescue-focused features while adding an integrated glass-breaker for expanded emergency capability.

It features a fully serrated sheepsfoot (sheepfoot) blade designed for safe, high-efficiency cutting of seat belts, clothing, ropes, webbing, and similar materials without a sharp protruding tip that could cause accidental punctures. The linear serration geometry maximizes effective cutting edge length and power in straight cutting strokes. An attached glass-breaker tip (typically a hardened carbide or similar point) is included for breaking tempered vehicle side or rear windows in emergency extrication scenarios.

Blade: Fully serrated sheepsfoot profile in 8Cr13MoV stainless steel (satin finish on many examples). Excellent for aggressive cutting of tough synthetics while remaining relatively easy to maintain. Blade length is approximately 92–93 mm (about 3.63–3.66 inches); thickness is typically around 3–3.5 mm.

Glass Breaker: Integrated glass-breaker tip attached for rapid breaking of tempered automotive glass (side/rear windows). Note that standard glass breakers of this type are not effective on laminated windshields.

Opening system: Ball-bearing assisted pivot with flipper tab and blade hole for fast, reliable one-handed deployment (works well even with gloves).

Lock: Liner lock for secure blade retention during use.

Handle: Fibre-reinforced nylon (FRN / GRN) with raised honeycomb texture for multi-directional grip that resists slipping when wet or when wearing gloves. Ergonomic and lightweight.

Carry: Reversible deep-carry pocket clip (tip-up, left- or right-hand compatible). Slim, light profile for everyday or kit carry.

Other: Lanyard hole on many examples; handles, screws, pivot, and clip are generally replaceable/upgradable with Honey Badger parts.
